We meet in the Diamond Scout Hall in Southdown Road, Tadley on Monday and Friday.

We have three groups for Pilates, one on Monday and two on Friday. There is currently a waiting list.

Pilates requires a qualified teacher as it involves exercise for the whole body. You will need to pay for 6 weeks in advance. At present the cost is £7 per session.

If the class is cancelled, then you will get one in lieu but if you miss for any reason, you will forfeit your money for that session.
