Committee Meeting Minutes

The Tadley & District u3a Committee has made available the minutes of their monthly meetings for your perusal. Please click on the side bar for the appropriate set of minutes. We do not have a committee meeting in August, hence no minutes. Minutes are published approximately one month in arrears as they have to be signed off by the following month's committee meeting before publication. All these files are in PDF format which, when selected, will be displayed directly on your screen from where they may be printed or saved to your computer for later use.

Group Leader Documents

Attendance Sheet A - To be completed by Group Leaders at each meeting.
Attendance Sheet B - To be completed by Group leaders at the end of each quarter (March, June, September, December).
Expenses Form - Form for claiming expenses.
