Group Leader: Les

We meet at Hollywood Bowl, Basingstoke at 11.00am (prompt).

We represent varying and variable levels of bowling skills, attracting around 12 people per session. There's a maximum of 6 people per lane which then takes about 45 mins per game. We play 2 games per session.

Two games costs a concessionary rate of £7.70 plus 50p for the u3a. We don't play during the school holidays or half terms as it's too busy and costs a lot more!

You can wear your own footwear as long as it's soft (trainers, etc), no hob-nail boots!

Newbies are always welcome to come along and try it, and hopefully then join us.

I am now having to book in advance rather than just turn up on the day, so ideally an advanced idea of numbers attending would be great.

If you are going to play please be there promptly before 11.00am as the staff need to do extra cleaning between games and arrange different groups of players on lanes. This will help them (and me). Thank You
